Oatey Company in Shakopee, MN is seeking an assembly-focused team member to join our manufacturing operations. You will read SOPs, assemble components, and follow daily schedules to ensure timely builds and quality output.

The ideal candidate has basic math and strong communication, the ability to operate machinery, read blueprints, and maintain accuracy, with 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

• Order raw materials where appropriate.
• Set up equipment and tools for daily build.
• Stage Product and label where appropriate.
• Document completed and incomplete product.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Demonstrates proficiency and regularly performs assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, rubber cutters, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, drain kit packaging, or other specialty products.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$15.71 - $20.03 - $24.35 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
