Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician for the 3rd shift (Tue–Fri, 5:30pm–3:30am). You’ll maintain and optimize equipment powering daily manufacturing, collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve reliability and throughput.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on maintenance, and 3D printing familiarity. Join a fast-paced environment focused on safety, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Engineering Technician or similar focused on equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with 3D printing processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including presses, airlines, test machines, and other tools.
• Inspect, clean, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Organize and catalog equipment inventory for accessibility.
• Support serialization and tracking of tools to streamline operations.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers for prototyping needs.
• Collaborate with engineers on daily tasks and small projects.
• Assist Quality with fixture creation to improve product consistency.
• Maintain documentation related to equipment maintenance and improvements.
• Uphold safety protocols and standards.
