Job summary

Progressive Processing, LLC, a Hormel Foods subsidiary, is hiring hourly production associates for 3rd shift in Dubuque, IA. Starting wages are $22.70–$27.20 per hour with a $1.50 per hour 3rd shift differential.

The plant houses bacon toppings, SPAM, and Compleats products and employs around 450 people. Responsibilities include operating equipment, following safety guidelines, and contributing to a team-driven production line.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience in a manufacturing/machine operation setting is a plus.

The Progressive Processing, LLC, facility in Dubuque, Iowa, will be hiring hourly production associates for 3rd shift. Progressive Processing, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hormel Foods. The 342,000 sq. ft. plant is home to a variety of Hormel products including bacon toppings, SPAM®, and a variety of Hormel® Compleats® microwave meals. The facility employs approximately 450 employees.
