Job summary

Starting wages are $22.70 to $27.20 per hour with a $1.50 per hour 3rd shift differential. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to meet food and employee safety guidelines.

The Progressive Processing, LLC, facility in Dubuque, Iowa, will be hiring hourly production associates for 3rd shift. Progressive Processing, LLCis a wholly owned subsidiary of Hormel Foods. The 342,000 sq. ft. plant is home to a variety of Hormel products including bacon toppings, SPAM®, and a variety of Hormel® Compleats® microwave meals. The facility employs approximately 450+ employees.
