Saint-Gobain Abrasives in Stephenville, TX is seeking a night shift Machine Operator to operate manufacturing equipment, perform setups, monitor production, and complete accurate reporting to meet quality, safety, and waste-reduction goals.

You will read work orders, perform basic maintenance, collaborate with teammates, and adhere to all safety rules while lifting up to 25 pounds and working 11:30 pm to 7:15 am, Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as required.

Competenze

• Read and interpret work orders and perform reporting.
• Perform equipment start-up, set-up, production run and shutdown.
• Maintain safe, clean and efficient work area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
• Read SPC charts and take action as required.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented group.
