Job summary

AMMEGA in Beacon, NY is seeking an Operator I to join the Production Team. The role operates manufacturing equipment according to specifications and follows SOPs. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm to 7am, with weekend overtime as required.

We value high school graduates with strong communication, reliability and a collaborative mindset. Forklift experience is a plus and opportunity for growth exists within a global network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Manage production to meet quality specifications.
• Set up and monitor production machines as a team.
• Review schedule and shift expectations.
• Read and communicate Process Route Sheet requirements.
• Operate machines according to SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of area.
• Communicate quality and safety issues to supervisor
• Operate forklift to move materials
