Job summary

Elevate, part of Amrize, is seeking a Production Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am) at our Minnesota facility. You will safely move materials, set up machines, log production activities, and help ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Math, Language, reading, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle equipment in a safe and sensible manner.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform piece counts, labeling, and visual quality of finished goods.
• Move production supplies from the warehouse and load in specified designated areas.
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.).
• Control and adjust machine settings. Identify damages, and report any shortages.
• Test the operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Complete Production/Activity Logs.
• Track/move work in process to/from various production areas and finished goods into the Warehouse.
• Maintain the 5S posture of the assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
