This is a 3rd shift position Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electro-mechanical / electronic engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience directly supporting production line equipment and systems.
• Must be able to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues.
• Ability to train and mentor manufacturing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on Vicor production equipment.
• Support production operators to meet production schedules and ensure optimum operation of machinery.
• Maintain and purchase spare parts and inventories; determine levels and verify receipts.
• Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Works to improve, debug and optimize setups & change over; maximize equipment capacity usage.
• Develop and improve equipment maintenance documentation.
• Provide support to manufacturing and test engineering groups; conduct tests to qualify new equipment/processes.
• Train and evaluate operators on process and equipment knowledge.
