Job description

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in distribution areas according to established guidelines. Ability to operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment while accurately storing, shipping, and receiving product, meeting the company standards of safety, security, and productivity

• Trash/Recycling removal – empty/maintain DC and outside break areas
• Stock Parcel Box area and Organize/sort pallet area, retrieve pallets from end caps
• Assist with corrugated supplies: Inventory and put away of ordered items
• General maintenance duties: Housekeeping/cleaning/organizing of specified areas,
• Perform assigned tasks as directed by Supervisor and/or Lead
• Ability to meet standards of safety, security, and productivity
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Ability to work 3rd Shift from 10:00PM - 6:30AM with possibility of over-time

• Ability to operate RR, RC, TR, SP, EPJ, Battery Extractor and Scissor Lift or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working at height; required for Scissor Lift and SP operation
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand tools helpful
• Must work using safe/best practices
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills are essential: verbal and written
• Ability to read, perform simple math, and write legibly
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time and work at elevated heights
• Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently, up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Must display a high level of dependability with a good attendance record, willing to work overtime
• Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
