Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Welding skills including arc, TIG, MIG, and sanitary welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and P&ID drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Must be able to operate forklift and heavy equipment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift/heavy equipment licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must maintain safe and organized work practices.
• High school level verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience involving electronics, instrumentation, refrigeration, electrical, and general mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate or modify equipment to Leprino specs and standards.
• Install new or used equipment.
• Repair building and all plant equipment.
• Perform plant preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or downtime.
• Assist in shift coverage when needed.
• Weld repairs on plant equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Fulfill MEP requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager, Supervisor or Group Leader.
