Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a range of production equipment, including packaging lines, automated guided vehicles, and robotic cells. The role emphasizes electrical and mechanical system expertise, PLCs, HMIs, and motor drives, with adherence to GMP and OSHA standards.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Industrial Maintenance in the food/beverage sector, be able to read schematics, and operate a CMMS.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years in Industrial Maintenance in Food & Beverage industry.
Experience in a multiphase fast-paced production operation.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Experience with 24VDC up to 480VAC 3-phase electricity.

Responsibilities

Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment throughout the facility.
Detect malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and OSHA rules while performing duties.
Manage time effectively and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Report damage, defects and other issues to the supervising manager.
Operate independently or as part of a group.
Use Upkeep CMMS for tracking PMs, work orders, repairs and parts inventory.
Follow GMPs and safety rules; report noncompliance when observed.
Other duties as assigned.
