Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical controls, mechanical systems, and hand/power tools.
• Must provide your own standard hand tools and toolbox.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in/around equipment (bending, crawling, climbing).
• Commitment to workplace safety and a collaborative team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems, including gears, bearings, pulleys, belts, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters on three-phase power systems, AC/DC drives, motor controls, PLCs, and servo drives.
• Install electrical components such as conduit runs, disconnects, fuse boxes, relays, and motors.
• Safely operate shop equipment including arc welders, acetylene torches, drill presses, band saws, and hydraulic presses.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) to verify equipment tolerances.
