Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift role based in Archbold, OH. You will install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, with emphasis on rollforming equipment and stamping presses, performing preventive and reactive tasks in a metal stamping environment.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production teams, adhere to safety standards, and work overtime as required to support production and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to mid-level maintenance technician in a metal stamping environment.
• Focus on rollforming equipment and stamping presses.
• Preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, with a focus on rollforming equipment and stamping presses.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and auxiliary components.
• Diagnose equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical problems to minimize downtime.
• Design and fabricate assigned projects, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Carry out general facility and property maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support efficient operations.
• Work scheduled overtime when required to support production and maintenance.
