Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair all machinery in a manufacturing plant. The role includes preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and basic facility repairs.

You will work from 3:30pm to 2:00am and ensure timely completion of maintenance duties. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent; mechanical journeyman or technical/vocation certificate is preferred, along with welding certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical Journeyman or Technical/Vocation Certificate preferred.
• Welding certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service all machinery in a manufacturing plant.
• Perform preventative maintenance including inspection, calibration, safety checks and repairs.
• Repair and replace worn components; troubleshoot operating issues.
• Purchase parts within spending authority; design fixtures.
• Follow safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
