Aerotek is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift role based in Archbold, OH. You will install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, with emphasis on rollforming equipment and stamping presses, performing preventive and reactive tasks in a metal stamping environment.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production teams, adhere to safety standards, and work overtime as required to support production and maintenance needs.

• Carry out general facility and property maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

• Shift: 3rd (11PM - 7AM)
• Willing to work OT
• Pay: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. (Dependent on experience)
  • Shift Premium: $1.75/hr.
• Holidays: 10 Days
• PTO: 80 Hours (Prorated to Start)

Summary:

This role offers an opportunity for an entry-level to mid-level maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment in a metal stamping environment. You will focus on rollforming equipment and stamping presses, performing both preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, while supporting general facility upkeep and adhering to all safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and auxiliary components.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing trash, sweeping, placing scrap metal in designated containers, and returning tools to proper locations.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to support efficient operations.
• Work scheduled overtime when required to support production and maintenance needs.
• Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
