Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (9:30 PM–5:30 AM, Sun–Thu). You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment using mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication skills, and participate in designing and relocating machinery to keep lines running smoothly.

You’ll join a team that values reliability and efficiency, with a starting wage of $28–$38 per hour, plus an incentive bonus up to 6% of gross earnings and accelerated

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electronics and wiring up to 480V.
• Experience with motion controls, HVAC, refrigeration, boilers.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Welding skills meeting USDA/WDA standards.
• Familiarity with forklifts and lifts.
• Able to operate in a CMMS and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Design, fabricate, relocate machinery as needed to stay efficient.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.
