Job summary
Manpower, Inc.'s client, a leading life science and pharmaceutical manufacturer in Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team in Sheboygan Falls. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with CMMS/CMS systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience with CMMS/CMS systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM) and rotational weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct equipment failure analysis and identify root causes of operational issues.
- Support equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize CMMS/CMS systems to document maintenance activities and work orders.
