Fettig Jobs in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance across the facility on a 3rd shift. You will perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, install equipment, and document repairs while training others.

This is a growing manufacturing operation offering upward mobility and a quick, efficient hiring process. Starting pay is $26 per hour, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Food manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Must follow safety regulations and maintain clean areas.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on all machines and equipment.
Assist with training others in proper machine operation.
Install industrial machinery and equipment (electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic).
Document maintenance inspections and repairs accurately.
Perform equipment checks, setup, start-up, adjustments, and operation.
Maintain housekeeping and assist with machine moves.
