Job summary

RusCorr II is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shift to support high‑speed corrugating lines. You will perform preventive maintenance, install, dismantle, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently.

This on‑site, full‑time role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years in manufacturing, solid electrical/PLC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Job related certifications, a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing facility installing and troubleshooting electrical components and machinery.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical components.
• Related military training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed corrugating machines, robotic devices, conveyors and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine PMs.
• Troubleshoot/replace A/C/DC motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Calibrate machines electrically and mechanically.
• Schedule maintenance per established PMs and work orders.
• Respond to emergency work orders within defined timelines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Communicate effectively with plant operations and management.
• Read/interpret schematics (highly preferred) and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, punctual and organized.
