Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be knowledgeable in skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment at the proper intervals.
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan corrective action.
• Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain production and quality.
• Review production schedule and change over equipment to new sizes or perform scheduled maintenance.
• Test equipment for operation and inspect for defects.
• Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and take corrective action.
• Analyze and record causes of production delays on daily production reports.
