Job summary

Brady is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Glendale, WI plant. The role focuses on maintaining production machines and facility equipment, with strong emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance. The shift runs roughly 11pm–7am and includes a $4.00 shift premium.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in mechanical or electrical maintenance, the ability to lift up to 50 lb and push/pull 150 lb, and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience.
• Able to work overtime including other shifts or weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 150 lbs, and climb ladders.
• Able to multitask with strong time management and prioritization.
• Provide basic mechanics toolbox for maintenance tasks.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
• Interpret, install, and modify control systems including PLCs and drives.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Read prints and schematics to understand how systems work.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Perform plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and source parts via purchase orders.
• Perform additional duties as required.
