Job summary

A leading automotive supplier in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with advanced technical training, along with experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED plus advanced technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs.
• Prefer USDOL Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent work experience or skills training.
• 5 years previous employment in a manufacturing environment – automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service.
• Follow Standardized Work Instructions.
• Mechanical maintenance of large stamping presses and feed line equipment.
