Job summary
Tech Ord - A Division of AMTEC Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to set up, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include performing equipment setups, troubleshooting issues, and conducting regular maintenance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and prefer knowledge in manufacturing processes. Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR restrictions).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
Ability to multi-task to support end results/goals.
Responsibilities
Set up, maintain and repair machinery and equipment.
Perform setup of equipment for new jobs and train operators.
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.
Run production jobs as required.
Skills
Basic welding experience or knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of electronic components
Education
High school diploma or GED
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
