Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician in Boyne City, MI. The role focuses on routine electro-mechanical maintenance of plant equipment and robotic controls, Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma and 2+ years of machine shop experience (CNC lathes, grinders, mills) and PLC experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years’ experience operating and repairing machine shop equipment (CNC lathes, grinders, mills).
• Experience with PLCs, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers; strong electro-mechanical/robotic background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment and robotic controls.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks such as changing fluids, replacing filters, adjusting tension, and cleaning intakes and air returns.
• May operate snow removal and/or grounds keeping equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with plant personnel to minimize downtime and support maintenance requests.
• Provide training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel when required.
