Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Hours: 7PM-5:30AM

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure reliable and efficient mill operations through proactive maintenance, inspections, and rapid response to downtime.
2. Diagnose, repair, and rebuild critical mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
3. Collaborate effectively with team members and the warehouse to secure necessary parts and maintain accurate records.
4. Utilize skills in reading specifications, using hand/power tools, alignment, and potentially welding and basic electrical systems.
5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities to contribute to a safe and productive environment.
6. Maintain a standard 40-hour work week with potential for overtime, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
