Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to install, maintain, and repair machinery and utilities in a plastics manufacturing environment. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems and to work on a 24-hour call basis.

Ideal candidates bring an AA or equivalent, relevant experience, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. A focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years related experience preferred.
• Industrial maintenance license or certifications preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical prints; understand mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and utilities in a plastics plant.
• Perform preventive maintenance and order parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Be on 24-hour call and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain safe work practices and PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with plant departments to improve uptime.
