Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting. You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment to keep production running smoothly while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing, with strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, schematic reading, and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of maintenance in automotive/plastics manufacturing.
• Troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement of tooling and processes for quality and safety.
• Perform inspections and adjustments on manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance with lockout/tagout and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues quickly.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 compliance.
