Qualifications

• 2–3 years of plant and operations maintenance management
• 2 years mentoring hourly staff
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Facilities Management Certification CPMM or equivalent strongly preferred
• Experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC/R systems
• Strong leadership, integrity and disciplined execution
