Job summary

Aramark is seeking an AWS/Maintenance Manager in Milford, MI to lead hourly associates and oversee maintenance operations for client facilities. You will plan, direct and improve POM activities while ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with client contracts and Aramark standards.

Responsibilities include coaching hourly staff, managing labor and materials, and promoting cross‑functional collaboration to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years in plant and operations maintenance (POM) management.
• Minimum 2 years mentoring hourly associates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Facilities Mgmt Certification (CPMM) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, generators and HVAC/R systems.
