Job summary

IAC Group's Arlington, TX facility seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse team of Mechanics, MRO staff and Janitors across shifts, ensuring safety and peak uptime.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage fleet vehicles and on-site contractors, conduct skilled trade testing, and supervise electrical repairs with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Good computer skills with Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in maintaining maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOT) for safety.
