Job summary

Premier Outdoor Living in Green Bay, WI is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Reliability Technician to maintain the reliability and performance of our manufacturing operation. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement across our facility.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who can work independently, prioritize competing demands, and respond quickly when issues threaten safety or production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read basic prints and diagrams.
• Strong safety and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose chains, belts, pulleys, pumps, motors, and sensors.
• Repair and fabricate mechanical components and weld as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain safety records.
