Job summary

Courtesy Corporation McDonald's is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and equipment running smoothly in our company-owned locations. You will perform preventative maintenance tasks, filter oil fryers, maintain outside grounds, clean equipment, unload deliveries twice weekly, change light bulbs and assist with HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

• Experience in maintenance and facilities upkeep.
• Ability to perform cleaning and basic shop tasks.
• Comfort with moving between indoor and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

• Change light bulbs
