Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Groundskeeper/Day Maintenance Person for a full-time day shift (5:00am–4:00pm) at one of its company-owned or franchised locations. You will support the maintenance team to keep interior and exterior areas clean and safe for guests and crew.

Responsibilities include grounds care, cleaning, basic equipment upkeep, and assisting with routine tasks to maintain a welcoming restaurant environment. Benefits and training are provided.

• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
