Job summary

Clearly Clean Products LLC in Frackville, PA is seeking a FV Maintenance-Mechanic to keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and protect production schedules.

The ideal candidate reads technical manuals, interprets schematics, and uses hand and power tools safely. Experience with CMMS and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a mechanic/maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and safe use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques, and execute timely repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
