Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 3rd shift (9pm-5:30am) in California. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, with emphasis on utilities. OT, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to teach others and problem solve with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across multiple systems.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits and troubleshoot PLC programs.
• Support autonomous maintenance and TPM by training line operators.
• Fabricate and install piping and minor components for equipment repair.
• Manage size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
• Identify root causes of failures and resolve with minimal downtime.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
