Job summary

The ideal candidate will have EPA and Universal CFC certifications, a high school diploma or GED, and solid troubleshooting skills. Expect a 3rd shift (Tue-Sat, 11pm-7am) with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school training preferred.
• EPA Certified and Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related fields are a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems and industrial equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Complete maintenance and repair records accurately and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
