You will work the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am), join a maintenance team, and contribute to ensuring machines run reliably. 2+ years in industrial mechanics and proficiency with schematics and P&IDs are preferred.

As a 3rd shift Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $71,448 - $85,280
Shift: 3rd Shift - 10:30pm - 6:30am
Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance procedures.
Performs visual inspections, checks fluid levels, lubricates, and cleans parts, tightens, and adjusts components, replaces parts, calibrates sensors and gauges.
Performs diagnostic tests on machinery and equipment to assess condition, performance, and functionality.
Develops repair lists and identifies short-term and long-term repairs so that machines run correctly.
Troubleshoots issues by analyzing symptoms and diagnosing complex mechanical issues.
Determines materials, replacement parts, and tools/parts needed to perform advanced repairs and overhauls of machinery, including replacing critical components and rebuilding systems.
Documents maintenance and repair activities, including recording parts used and work performed.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in industrial mechanics or related field.
Advanced knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and diagnostic testing.
Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and performing advanced repairs.
Ability to interpret and apply technical documents, blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
Knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, arc flash).
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical problems.
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
