Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams or projects and coaching staff.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting in high-level process issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Train staff on safe work methods and procedures.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes and documentation.
• Coordinate timely maintenance with Production for equipment repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM/TPM/SOPs).
• Provide long-term solutions for troubleshooting and failures.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance.
• Provide regular status reports to management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and inventory.
• Foster employee development and coaching to improve performance.
