Job summary

Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is seeking a Maintenance General Associate for 3rd shift to help keep the plant clean, safe, and organized. You will operate equipment accurately and contribute to ongoing improvements while following safety standards.

The role requires lifting 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks. Overtime may be needed, and you will work around chemicals and welding fumes as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
• Work with chemicals, solvents, and welding fumes with safety precautions.
• Support safety, 5S, housekeeping, teamwork, delivery and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety and 5S policies are followed.
• Assist in equipment repair.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain strong communication with engineers, team leaders, and technicians.
• Occasional ordering of spare parts and consumables.
• Other duties as assigned.
