Qualifications

• Must read blueprints/geometric tolerances.
• US Citizenship is required for DOD requirements.
• Minimum of three years machining experience.
• HS diploma or GED; machining concentration is a plus.
• Ability to work over 8 hours in a shift.
• Crane/hoisting experience is a plus.
• Able to read blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating Vertical Mill.
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Using CNC controls and precision measurement tools.
• Performing multi-axis machining operations.
• Conducting quality checks.
• Plan and perform rough and finish machining on a variety of machines (CNC and manual).
• Perform setups independently.
• Operate advanced machine tools (i.e. CNC).
• Perform other duties as required.
