Position details:

• Division: Eaton’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division
• Hourly Rate: $20.71 - $29.76 (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, operate, inspect, and perform preventative maintenance on machinery in a parts manufacturing environment.
• Strive for cost-effective machining practices, including reducing scrap and setup time.
• Instruct and oversee other workers in related jobs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Develop fixtures, clamping devices, and machine tooling as necessary.
• Maintain production and inventory records using a computer, following Kanban guidelines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship, trade school, or 2+ years of experience.
