Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading commercial product manufacturer in the Garner area with a Machine Operator opening for 3rd shift on a contract-to-hire basis.

The role requires 2+ years of machine operation experience, ability to operate a sit-down forklift, and proficiency with gauges and measurement devices. Candidates should be comfortable with physical lifting and passing background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Comfort using gauges, tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and changeover production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Make adjustments to machines as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of finished product.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and assist with bringing materials to manufacturing lines.
