Job summary

Century Foods International is seeking a skilled production operator to complete setups and changeovers and operate equipment to production standards. The role emphasizes safe, efficient line operation and teamwork on a night shift.

You will verify product specs, perform tear downs, troubleshoot issues, log downtime, and communicate with line personnel to maintain quality. Starting pay is $21.05 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential; shift is Sunday–Thursday 9:25 pm to 5:30 am with overtime as

Responsibilities

• Maintain an acceptable standard of output and quality from assigned equipment.
• Tear down, setup, and operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Verify correct product and packaging specifications for each production run.
• Assist in areas when needed to keep line running efficiently.
• Communicate with line personnel on a regular basis to maintain line efficiency.
• Trouble shoot and discover problem areas quickly and make minor adjustments to equipment in order to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Log equipment downtime and assist in line changeovers.
• Observe and report any major equipment issues to supervisor.
• Follow Century Foods International policies, safety rules, standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and ISO9001 procedures.
• Comply with all Century Foods and customer operating procedures.
• Must be able to work productively without direct supervision.
• Maintain positive attitude and working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.
• Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Complete setups and changeovers. Efficient operation of the equipment to production standards.

Shift Hours - 9:25 pm-5:30 am Sunday - Thursday with OT as necessary every other Saturday

Pay Rate - P2

Starting Rate - $21.05 Plus $1.25 per hour shift differential
