Job summary

Ultrafab Inc. in Greer, SC is hiring Machine Operators for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11 pm–7 am) to support production of weatherstripping and related components.

This hands-on role suits mechanically minded applicants with manufacturing or technical experience. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, load materials, perform basic changeovers, ensure quality, and record production data while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or technical skill set strongly desired
• Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentation
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently once trained.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Make simple machine adjustments as needed before moving to setups, basic changeovers, and machine adjustments.
• Monitor quality standards and maintain specifications.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Accurately record production data and communicate issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvement.
