Job summary

Ultrafab Inc. in Greer, SC is hiring for 3rd shift machine operators to support the production of weatherstripping used worldwide. This hands-on role suits those with manufacturing experience or a technical mindset who want to grow.

You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, load materials, perform simple adjustments, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a high-volume facility. Schedule: Sun-Thu, 11pm-7am, pay $18-$21/hr.

Qualifications

Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude or technical skill strongly desired.
Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentation.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently once trained.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
Load raw materials and remove finished products.
Make simple machine adjustments as needed before moving to setups, basic changeovers, and machine adjustments.
Monitor quality standards and maintain specifications.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Accurately record production data and communicate issues as they arise.
Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvement.
