Danfoss Power Solutions in Freeport, IL is seeking a 3rd shift Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and dismantle machine stations to fabricate and assemble metal and nonmetal parts, ensuring quality and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months of relevant experience.
• Proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across units of measure.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 30 pounds; comfortable with manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and dismantle unit assembly and sub-assembly workstations.
• Operate machines and verify dimensions and alignment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to standard work procedures, control plans, and quality guidelines.
• Support changes in procedures, processes, and technologies.
