Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in the corrugated industry (preferred).
• 6 months’ experience as a Flexo or DieCut Helper (preferred).
• 6 months’ experience in the Press and Finishing Departments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in setup, operation, cleanup, and improvements.
• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections according to proper techniques.
• Monitor board quality and report issues; maintain machine productivity.
• Cross-train on other machines and move up the line of progression as needed.
• Submit maintenance work orders and follow safety guidelines.
