Job summary

WMP in Wisconsin is seeking full-time machine operators across multiple shifts to support general manufacturing and machine operations.

This position offers a consistent schedule, opportunities across departments, and overtime as needed. Starting pay depends on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on a strong work culture.

Qualifications

• Prior general machine operating experience strongly preferred, but not necessarily required.
• Able to perform repetitive or basic mechanical tasks with a strong work ethic.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Any experience or exposure to inspection equipment will be helpful.
• Able to regularly lift up to 35 lbs, and perform bending/lifting.
• Able to sit or stand for up to 10 hours during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend robotic welder.
• Assist with other production operations as needed: deburring equipment, milling/tapping machines, hardware inserters, press brakes, and other parts finishing equipment.
• Complete all part/quality inspection processes (may be dimensional or visual inspections).

• Operate and tend robotic welder
• Assist with other production operations as needed: deburring equipment, milling/tapping machines, hardware inserters, press brakes, and other parts finishing equipment.
• Complete all part/quality inspection processes as needed (may be dimensional or visual inspections)

Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience
