Margaret E. Moul Home seeks a dedicated LPN for the 3rd shift to provide skilled nursing in a residential setting. You will administer medications, monitor health status, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current PA LPN license is required.
• Experience in long-term or neuromuscular care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately.
• Monitor residents’ health, vital signs, and condition changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Collaborate with the health team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health management and medications.
• Maintain clear medical records per policy and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Perform nursing duties in accordance with PA regulations.
