Job summary

Mmsteam in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Logistics Facilities Maintenance Technician Associate for the 3rd shift. Hours are 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, with a base pay of $17.00/hr, up to $18.02/hr with shift differential. Initially temp service for 520 hours, then permanent with the company.

You will be hands-on, keep the warehouse running, and gain maintenance skills on the job in a fast-paced environment. Training available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Reliable with great attendance.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Warehouse or maintenance experience is helpful, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and stage boxes for production lines.
• Make trash and recycling runs throughout the facility.
• Move carts, boxes, and materials using mobile equipment.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger repairs.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: $17.00/hr. Base (Up to $18.02/hr. including shift differential)

Will be hired on by temp service for the first 520 hours, then switched to the company.

A Day in the Life

No two nights are the same! You may spend your shift:

• Building and staging boxes for production lines
• Making trash and recycling runs throughout the facility
• Moving carts, boxes, and materials using mobile equipment
• Assisting with basic facility maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
